Get Ready for the US Social Forum! Workshops and Resources The US Social Forum in Detroit from June 22-27, 2010 will be an incredible movement building opportunity. For those that are looking to take their members, leaders and staff to participate in the convening, we are compiling political education workshops and resources that would be useful to support the work. Other Workshops by: School of Unity & Liberation |DiversityWorks is very proud to present "The Source", an online sortable database of anti-oppression, community-building, and diversity-related activities. This project, many many years in the making, is a tool that we think will be very useful to the nonprofit community, schools, government institutions, and progressive workplaces. Within it, you'll find activities tied to such theme areas as race, privilege, power, class status, and internalized oppression, to name just a few, and there are activities for people of all ages. Best of all, it's free and open to the public, and we hope that word of its existence will be spread far and wide (and that it will be used responsibly). Please help us spread the word about this wonderful new resource, and check it out for yourself at:
