Facilitating Your Small Group

When you are working in groups, especially groups larger than three, it is helpful to ask someone to take the role of facilitator. And it is helpful to have newsprint and an easel. When you accept the role as facilitator, you might want to do the formality of asking the group if it is O.K. that you do the things that are on this list.
